Free Shipping on All Orders

Thank you for your purchase! At Tvibex, we work diligently to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email from service@tvibex.com within an hour of placing your order (please check your spam folder if necessary). We prioritize your order immediately. Please note that during holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be delayed due to high order volumes. Rest assured, we are committed to processing and shipping your order accurately and swiftly. Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to register and show delivery updates, depending on the carrier. Sometimes, carriers may delay status updates.

Most orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS, and all shipments come with a tracking number. The shipping and handling fee is a flat rate, calculated during checkout. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified by email or it will be indicated in the product description at the time of purchase.

The risk of loss for your item passes to you once it is handed over to the carrier. Tvibex is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked "delivered" shipments once the order has left our warehouse and is with the shipping carrier.


Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-36 business hours. U.S. orders are typically delivered within 6-8 business days. Orders to Canada and other international destinations can take up to 15 business days, depending on the courier and customs clearance.

Tvibex ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, taxes, handling fees, and other import costs in their respective countries. Tvibex charges only for shipping and handling.

 

Notification of Damage, Wrong Items, or Missing Items

Packaging: We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage. If your package appears damaged upon arrival, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. It is recommended to have the delivery agent note the damage. Keep all packaging and insulation materials, as they are necessary for filing a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.

Items: If the freight company mishandles packages and damage is not visible, or if you receive the wrong item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
